Missed calls notification via email apparently not working

Dear all,

VitalPBX version is 4.0.7-1

I have put the option to notify for missed calls from External and Internal numbers.

I called the extension through the public incoming route and hung up before Voicemail kicked in, to test.

Got no email though and monitoring the call in the asterisk console, did not give me the idea that any action to send email was taken.

I fear I miss some connected option that has to be activated? Or some basic concept on how it should work?

First, you must update your PBX to the latest version and then, report back if the update didn’t solved the issue!
