Missed call notification before extension ringed

The missed call notification by email works perfectly if the extension in a queue already ringed. This is the excepted behaviour because this option is connected to the extension.

But the notification doesn’t work if the caller hang up before s/he reach any extension (for example during announcement speech in a queue). It is a real life scenario which means this call also have to be handled as missed call.
Because of this we recognize the missed call only if we check the CDR report.

It would be good to connect the missed call notification function to queues, inbound routes or trunk not only to extension.

Also it would be good the specifiy a dedicated email to where the missed calls notfications are sent so all queue members are informed not only the logged in and ringed extensions.
