Migration from V3 to V4

Hello can you tell us what the migration process is for going from V3 to V4 of VitalPBX? Will this be a script that is run or require a brand new server install, etc… ?

Well, VitalPBX 3 runs over Centos 7 and V4 over Debian 11. Hence, the migration script is discarded.

Having said the above, it is clear that:

  • It has to be a brand new installation
  • To migrate previous settings, you need to upload a backup from VitalPBX 3 to VitalPBX 4.
