Messaging Notification under tenant not working

I’ve setup an SMS provider and tested sending a message using an IVR entry under my main tenant. I then allowed the SMS DID for the tenant and did the same setup for the tenant. When I test calling in and pressing the option in the IVR I never receive the SMS message and no logs show in Messaging History.
I’m able to send a test message in Messaging Providers in the main tenant.

Is there a setting I’m missing or anything to allow SMS under a tenant?

You have to ensure the Caller ID number matches the format required by the SMS provider. Additionally, check the SMS log in the tenant, and not from the main tenant.

Thanks for this, just had to prepend +1 to the SMS message and it’s working now.
