Low incoming sound

Hello, my name is Manos, i am writing from Greece.

I installed VitXi+ app on my telephone recently (Huawei P8 Lite 2017 / Android 8.0.0) and whenever i have an incoming call through the app the sound is very low, if i have a call through my carrier it is normal, loud.

I use the default settings for the sound so it makes no sense to me. Is there anything we can do about it?

Have you tried with a desktop phone or any other softphone?

The problem seems to be in my device, i know it works well in other smartphones.

If it is something related to your “Huawei P8 Lite” there’s nothing we can do about it.
