lost call history vitxi

Hi All & Vitalpbx

when an error appears like the image above then the user logs out and logs in again, all call history will lost

What should I check?

We have the same issue. In our side started on 29 November 2022 because the httpd service get slow and after that, we need to reboot httpd service to continue having service.

We have this versions:

VitalPBX Carrier Plus 3.2.3-8 - With 5 Tenants

We opened an internal ticket in support and they continue to find a solution.

They are analyzing but not yet find the issue.
