Please check if you have a time zone selected:
If you don’t have a time zone selected, please select one, save your changes, and reload VitXi. Then, check if the call history appears.

Yes, just Yesterday after I installed Vitxi
Was the extension associated with this VitXi user already existing, or was it created together with this VitXi user?
I just updated the details on the extension in vitalpbx.
I will try to again and check. It seems after that I can’t replicate the issue now. Maybe it is because the new feature of Call History where you can re assign to other user and not getting call history of the old user. Let you know. Thanks anyway.
