IVR Stats - Timeout

Would it be possible to add “Timeout Destination” and “Invalid Destination” to the IVR stats?

Some of our IVR have a “wait to be connected” option for the caller.

Could you please expand your request? What exactly do you need in the IVR Stats module?

I bet he wants statistics if a caller went the invalid or timeout destination.

I would like to see the number of callers that went to the timeout destination and invalid destination.

For example, my client has an ivr with 3 options. The first two are press “1” or “2”. The third option is to remain on the line and be redirected to the operator (operator queue).
