Did you enable the option “Generate Stats” in your IVRs?

Awesome. We are waiting for your comments about the WS issues. Hopefully, the changes made by my colleague finally solve that.
Update. The VitXi WebRTC issues have stablilized. This is great news.
But mobile is a problem. Co-worker is focusing on that in another post. Mainly iOS Session Push errors that seem to be persistent and problematic.
