Issue with Mobile Connect – Call Drops After 30 Seconds

Hello everyone,

I have installed the system on a local server and purchased a license for Mobile Connect. However, when attempting to make a call from Mobile Connect to external number, the call disconnects after 30 seconds.

Attached are screenshots of the system settings.




I have noticed, When making an external call from the same network as the server, the call does not disconnect after 30 seconds. However, when I am on a different network, the call disconnects exactly after 30 seconds.

Could you please guide me on how to trace the cause of this disconnection? What logs or settings should I check to diagnose and resolve the issue?

Hello!

Please configure the following settings:

RTP Keepalive: 1
RTP Timeout: 0

Once done, save the changes and apply them, then proceed with a test call.
