Issue with Incoming calls

Hi team, I am facing a issue with incoming calls are not landing to the extension

i configured the extension in the softphone but the incoming are not landing on the extension.

Let me know if you need any additional information or logs.

What happens?
Use sngrep command on console or get the log and look for the exact error code/description.

Hi,

Without logs, you may try few things.

  1. Try registering the DID directly to Softphone & see if you are getting incoming calls.
  2. Verify if the incoming has DID with + or without + and accordingly make changes in Inbound routes.

If issue still persists, try logs.

Here are my logs and that account as a DID, and if I register that trunk account in a softphone, the calls get through, and if I use the account in a different PBX, that also works and I get incoming calls, but I don’t know why it’s not working here.
