Issue with External Calls via DID Range - Status Down

Hello VitalPBX community,

I’m facing an issue with my VitalPBX setup.
All external calls coming through my DID RANGE are showing a “Down” status, while internal calls are working perfectly fine. Has anyone encountered this issue before? Could it be related to trunk configuration, NAT settings, or something else? Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot or resolve this would be greatly appreciated.

Details:

  • VitalPBX version: Starter 4.5.1-1
  • Trunk type: SIP
  • External calls via DID range fail with “Down” status
  • Internal calls work without issues

Solved.
the error was put Alert Info info.
The gateway not reconize.

Try turning “OFF” the firewall and see if that work! If so, then it is a NAT issue.
