Issue to install VitXi

Hi everyone,

With a VitalPBX fresh install, I can’t install VitXI.

The first step of wizard-vitxi-config failed with this error message “Could not connect. Please check your settings.”.

The error message in browser debug panel is:

Any help to fix it ?

Hi,

Please run the following commands:

cd /usr/share/vitxi/backend/
php artisan migrate:reset

Then, reload VitXi and try to complete the wizard again.

Please go to the Addons Module in VitalPBX => Click on “Check online” => Click on Reinstall VitXi

Afterward, run the following commands:

cd /usr/share/vitxi/backend/
php artisan logs:clear && php artisan app:fix-permissions
php artisan migrate:fresh --force
php artisan websockets:ssl-config
systemctl restart vitxi && systemctl restart vitxi-worker

Finally, reload VitXi and Complete the wizard

Thank you for your help.
It works now but I had to uninstall and reinstall VitXi after all these manipulations.
