A client is using the App on their Samsung Galaxy A30 phone.
He is able to dial out to normal numbers but is not able to dial to internal extensions.
Eg: He dials 200 on the app and the number disappears when he clicks on the dial button.
All settings were automated with the QR code.
Any advice is welcome.
