In the most recent update there’s a new feature to block internal dial patterns. Thank you for that
Two suggestions:
- Please allow us to set it like the outbound restrictions dialing, so we can whitelist and blacklist certain patterns.
- I tested this with an IVR and it works great. However, if the caller enters a number that matches the pattern they hear “Access Denied” and the call drops. Is there a possibility to allow the call to return to the IVR?
