Internal Dialing Restrictions


In the most recent update there’s a new feature to block internal dial patterns. Thank you for that :pray:

Two suggestions:

  1. Please allow us to set it like the outbound restrictions dialing, so we can whitelist and blacklist certain patterns.
  2. I tested this with an IVR and it works great. However, if the caller enters a number that matches the pattern they hear “Access Denied” and the call drops. Is there a possibility to allow the call to return to the IVR?


  1. Anything that doesn’t match with the patterns defined there can be considered as allowed. Most probably, you have to use specific patterns depending on your needs.
  2. We will check it.
