Intermitten but often call dropping

I am having intermitten but often calls dropping for the past few weeks.
The calls typically last about 30ish seconds.

30 seconds is usually a NAT issue.

Please share a full call trace via pastebin.

What is your setup ? Cloud/local ? Have changed your internet provider ? or Voip provider ? Your modem / router ?
Has anything within your infrastructure changed since this problem started ?

I worked with my firewall provider and set the UDP timeout to 300 seconds on both the firewall and in Vitalpbx.
I haven’t had any more reports of dropped calls, but it could just be bumping the problem out to 5 mins and many calls don’t last that long.
