Initiate force Resend Voicemail to emails (asterisk cmd?)

Running VitalPBX, is there an asterisk command or a way to force voicemails to REsend to users email addresses. We have some customers that may of missed the emails while postfix was broken.

There is a mail queue which sends the emails usually when postfix is working again.
