Can we have a diff ring or some kind of indicator for transferred calls vs incoming calls?

I know that some phones will allow the use of the “Alert Info” field from inbound routes, but will that translate through a queue and parking?

I’m excited to heat any ideas you might have.

No, it is not possible to define an Alert-Info(distinctive ringtone) while transferring a call.
