We are in the process of migrating from Issabel Call center and we seem to have hit a snag in implementing incoming calls forms.
From the wiki and the documentation we can only see the option being available for outgoing calls.
Is there something I am missing or is there something more that I need to do to attain this?
I have actually tried to do this but there is no provision for a partner to raise an issue with Helpdesk… This feature seems to be available to normal users only.
I could share my details on PM if needed to check on my license and anything else…
@jmbaruk - I think you are trying to use the wrong tool. It seems like you are using the dialer. For inbound call centers you should use VitXi and under Manage and than Agent Profiles is where you connect to your CRM or set Dynamic Variables to be used.
The Dialer is used to only make outgoing calls with the Campaign.
