Incoming call Request ‘INVITE’ Failed to authenticate

Hello everyone,

I am a beginner with VitalPbx 4 more used to another well-known one and I have this concern on incoming calls but outgoing no problem.

The only parameter I need to add in another well known “context=from-pstn-toheader”.

But here I am lost

[2023-02-22 11:18:25] NOTICE[20225] res_pjsip/pjsip_distributor.c: Request ‘INVITE’ from ‘“+337XXXXXXXX” sip:07XXXXXXXX@sbc6.fr.sip.ovh;user=phone’ failed for ‘91.121.129.134:5060’ (callid: 08796-LK-5fddeea1-5b2e8d1c1@sbc6.fr.sip.ovh) - Failed to authenticate

THANKS.

Please share your trunk config, please obfuscate your passwords.

Good morning,
Thank you for your answer, here are screenshots.
Thanks again

Two things you can try

  1. Change the identify order.
  2. Add their IP addresses to the match field

Thanks for the answer,

With OVH French operator, we identify ourselves by the username which is the phone number.

I changed the configuration, it manages to authenticate but I have the following error:

Thank you

That’s not an error.

Good morning,

I just redid vitalpbx and redid the settings, here is the error:
