receiving an incoming call without a CID name only with a CID number
Yelink is displaying the number on the recent call list instead of the name you see the number

but if I activate the Caller ID Modifier - for example, if my Caller ID Modifier is set to US_
it will be displayed like these

CID name: "US_person’s name "
CID number 1XXX NXXX XXXX
The Phone will display only the name “US_person’s name”

but if the call is coming in with no name only a number it will be displayed like this
CID name: "US_ "
CID number 1XXX NXXX XXXX
And the phone will be displaying only the prefix name “US_”

because when the name is empty the phone automatically displays the number instead of the name
now because there is a prefix in place you only use the prefix
because the name is not coming in empty anymore on the phone

and I can’t see you when the Call Comes in who calls it does not show the number
only an empty prefix

it should be an option that should automatically put the number instant of showing an empty prefix or not showing a prefix at all

any solution for that?

Try to enter the below in the replace field in the CID Modifier (I didn’t test it but it might work)

US_${IF(["${CALLERID(name)}"=""]?${CALLERID(num)}:${CALLERID(name)})}
