I would love to be able to stack my inbound destinations in one spot so I can follow the incoming call flow better. It’s time consuming having to go to time conditions and click each one to see how it flows to the next time condition- I would love to be able to drag, arrange, delete time conditions from inbound destinations. It would also be super amazing if time groups and time conditions could be merged into one. It’s redundant to create a time group then assign the time group to a time condition.
For example:
Client has:
holiday time condition
Lunch time condition
Open time condition
Closed time condition
If holiday time condition matches holiday time group then since it’s listed above the other time conditions - it has priority over the other time conditions listed. It would be incredible to be able to see it listed like that in Inbound Routes so I can follow the flow faster. You could even create a little symbol out beside the condition under inbound routes so if someone wants to look/make changes to the condition it could open up in a new page.
