Inbound calls not working

I’m new to vital pbx and making my first extension, I have my outbound calls working but when I try alling in from a cellphone it doesnt even rnig and just says call ended instantly

There are no cdr logs to speak of and none get generated when I call in

• Remove the dot(.) from the Inbound Route
• Left empty the Client URI, Server URI, and Contact User from your trunk
• Set the Indetify value to “Username” and “Auth Username”

i just did that and it still isnt working, I also ran sngrep and still got this message
