Inbound call routing issues


I am currently running into an issue where I have a trunk registered in a tenant and inbound calls are not routing. I get the “no route exists to the dialed destination” message. Outbound works fine but inbound is an issue.

Did you define the DID in the tenant module? This must be done in the main tenant.

That was the issue.
It was also the reason why one of my other trunks & dids wasn’t working all of the sudden either.
