I cannot make calls between extensions

Good day,
I have set up a test server to understand how VitalPBX works before I deploy a production one.
I have a cloud hosted version deployed directly from Vultr Marketplace.
I have working knowledge with 3CX.

I purchased the “Starter License” and “VitalPBX Connect” to help me get around.

For some reason, my extensions are not able to reach each other though they are registered.

This was working initially.

I may have broken something unintentionally.

I get the announcement "the person at extension xxxxx is not available…… " and the call gets forwarded to voicemail.

I see the error below in the Log File viewer:

“res_pjsip_outbound_authenticator_digest.c: Host: xx.xx.xx.xx:5060’: There were no auth ids available”

What have I done wrong? Kindly reference me to a previous post if this has already been reported.

Are both extensions online?

Yes, both are up, and both can initiate calls towards each other. Find screen shots attached


I have resolved the issue. I tampered with the “Default PJSIP Profile”. Extensions can call each other now.
