I’m configuration SMTP on VitalPBX 3.1.4.1. Our SMTP server works at SSL, but it doesn’t work at TSL.
There aren’t SSL option in VitalPBX. Which is has only TSL option (Enable/Disable).
How to config SSL?
Please read the Tool tips. It explains what TLS is.
Try TLS since SSL is really old. If your Email provider only works with SSL then change it or use a different one.
Check the Email Log in the VitalPBX Email Settings. It might tell you why i really fails.
Make sure to use the right origin.
If your email is mail@email.com then your origin would be email.com.
