How to upgrade to VitalPBX 4.5

The above steps should be straightforward as there is a upgrade path from Debian 11 to 12. (Unlike from V3 to V4 where Centos > Debian)

However, @admin posted a new FAQ outlining that they recommended setting up a new machine and doing a backup restore:

I strongly encourage the VitalPBX team to reconsider this, and please work towards releasing an automated upgrade script.

Migrating from v3 to v4 was a long painful process and as a admin of multiple VitalPBX servers, I’d rather not go through that pain again…
