How to remove noise from outgoing calls

Hello dear team

Our users are complaining about noises in outgoing calls.
They are running arround 30 concurent calls in a peak period.

They are using VitXi as well as Connect Application to make outgoing calls.

What is the good setting to eliminate noises?

Is it a question of Codec from A server (VitalPBX) to B server (Trunk’s Server) ?

Gmap could you describe the noises in outgoing calls?
choppy audio ?
Is your system local, or remote VPS?
what is your bandwidth? I think you will need 130kb per concurrent call for uncompressed audio in each direction.
during the peak period can you ping google.com and post a screenshots
