Hello, I want to limit four inbound calls to a DID. The DID has a ring group and ring 6 phones. When there are more than 4 concurrent calls, the fifth caller will hear " our lines are busy, please call back later". How can I do this? Thank you!

That is a good question once I can see just limit for trunk but not for the DID. Following…

Create a ring group with 4 extensions and ringall, overflow to a recording of your choice, route DID to ring group. Place all 4 extensions on all 6 phones. Once 4 calls are in use your recording will play.
