how do I file a bug on 4.5 lastest software

I am just testing the software. There are no extensions. So I add one and It fails. I have a capture of the issue, and a full trace of what the database is doing

Can you please try a shorter extension number?

I ran the test and everything is functioning perfectly here. It’s possible that the issue is specific to your PBX server.
