How can we set a default filter on CDR for specific user?

Dear all,
How can we set a default filter on CDR and hide “non” filter for a specific user so that he can’t user any other created CDR filters that not assigned to him. I would like to have a filter only for just seeing the call history in the CDR for only specific extensions like (100,101,102,108,109) and not seeing any other call history for other extensions
