Help with installation

So I installed Vitalpbx via the VPS script on a dedicated server that already had Centos 7 running it. The installation was successful however when I go to the IP address I don’t get the Vitalpbx login screen, I keep getting the Apache Page (see below). Not sure if I did something wrong or not.

Testing 123…
This page is used to test the proper operation of the Apache HTTP server after it has been installed. If you can read this page it means that this site is working properly. This server is powered by CentOS.

Try installing the Centos Minimal, and then use the VPS script for installing VitalPBX.

Tried that and the same thing…Also, I noticed when I SSH into the server it does not show the version number for VitalPBX or Asterisk.

You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
You could try running: rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest
[root@host ~]#

It seems that you are installing some packages related to PHP in your minimal version and that causes a conflict.
