For call centers, consultation management and memo functions are necessary.
Please help Vitxi record notes (tags) on call records that require additional recording.
Among the Adrone modules, the Sonata recording module has this function, but based on user experience, it would be very good if it were included in Vitxi.
Records (tags) for each call will likely improve call analysis.
