Forward Calls to a Number with Additional Code

Hello everyone,

I’m trying to set up call forwarding in VitalPBX to a number that requires an additional code to be dialed. Specifically, I want to forward calls to example 1XXXXXXXXXX,,XXXXXXX#. However, it does not allow me to add this number to an extension for the “Follow Me” feature.

Does anyone know how to configure VitalPBX to include the commas and the # symbol when dialing the number? Any advice or solutions would be greatly appreciated.
