Hi,
I have a question regarding the Sonata Suite Switchboard. A table called “Extensions Summary” has some issue. Most features within this table are not functioning correctly, specifically the following items:
In Call
N. Out Calls
N. In Calls
Total Calls
Last Out Calls
Last In Calls
Is this a bug in the Sonata Suite Switchboard, or is there an option to activate these features? Additionally, there is no mention of this table in the Sonata Suite Switchboard Guide.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
