Please extend a query string in Dynamic Destinations to called_num=[DIDNUM].
Currently query string supports only caller_num=[CIDNUM].
Dynamic Destinations really opens optios in call routing to next level.
Query string would be like: caller=[CIDNUM]&called_num=[DIDNUM]&ctype=vip
