Exception: API Error: [POST] /events 404

Hi everyone, what’s this weird thing with the web GUI popping up an exception error each time you need to log in or out? I read somewhere that the user can successfully log out by clearing the browser cache, but then the issue comes right back when next the user tries to log back in.

I’m running VitalPBX version 4.5 on a Debian 12 cloud VPS; the install went quite smoothly using the provided shell script, and I’ve also checked on this forum and seen some mentions of this same issue, but nobody seems to have a clear, successful way of fixing the issue.

I will appreciate any help, our progress with VitalPBX is on hold till when we get this sorted; no need building the house when the foundation is not sure, right?

You can try the following:

dpkg --configure -a
apt-get --reinstall install logger-core -y
systemctl restart nginx

Unfortunately, your suggestions have not helped; nothing has changed.

Is there anyone here that has successfully solved this issue? It definitely seems like something that needs a workaround.
