Error when clicking to listen to audio

Hello,

This is a multi tenant setup v4.0.1-1

Under any IVR, when clicking on the audio icon to listen to the default recording, it throws this error

Maybe you want to use:

vitalpbx check-integrity

And then

vitalpbx optimeze-apache-conf

That should work.

This is still an issue on the latest PBX version
When you try to listen to the default DND or Blacklisted audio file under PBX Settings > System General > SYSTEM PROMPTS
