Error Lets Encrypt Certificate

I’m unable to use “Let’s Encrypt”; it shows errors when I try.

I saw in another post that someone had a similar issue and you recommended updating. Does this issue have a solution in version Carrier Plus 4.2.0-1, or is it necessary to upgrade to 4.5?

I had the exact same issue on Friday on a 4.5 server, but what is odd is that it was running fine on the same server not too long ago. I wonder if it is an issue with Let’s Encrypt.

Your specific issue was solved in the latest updates of VitalPBX 4 (Debian 11)

Actually, the latest available version on Debian 11 is v4.2.0 R6

Looks like the error is back to me.

That’s a different error. These are the possible reasons:

  • Port 80 is blocked
  • The GEO Firewall is blocking the Let’s Encrypt verifications.
