Hello,
Please make sure the FQDN is pointing to correct IP and try renewing the certificate.
If the issue persists, please delete the domain folder inside /usr/share/vitalpbx/certificates and then try to create the certificate again.

I tested FQDN and it is correct.
ping to the FQDN is OK, with correct IP.
It is a new certificate in a new server.
But still, I deleted the directory/certificate and tried to recreate it, and the same error occurred.

Issues is indeed present certs cant be generated currently in this version due to the Contact field issue the exception is showing.
This has been addressed in the latest update of VitalPBX 4.5
