yes import provisioning via csv but the devices all go into the main tenant, the template does not have a tenant column. So they have to be moved manually. Fine for a few, painful for a large number.
Yes templates are shared. But often, always in my case the tenants have different templates. and sometimes multiple templates. Which if there is a large number of BLF’s can be time consuming.
As I have been doing this via sql I thought to mention it

What version are you using? Do you have the “Provisioning” module? If not, I would make sure you have that module as it makes it extremely easy to use.
Hi miguel
I have tested this again.
select tenant from the dropdown menu. then select csv file based on the template. Then import. the dropdown returns to the main tenant and the provisioning item from the file is in the main tenant with the details of the import item in the main tenant. So if a large number of devices are imported this occurs and the devices have to be moved to the correct tenant. Is this a bug ?. I should report it then as it is obviously not the intended behavior.
