Enabled 2FA on Admin and Locked Out

I enabled the 2FA on the admin account and clicked SAVE.
Nothing happened when enabling it, so I thought once its enabled I should log out and log back in to configure it. Well that was a huge mistake and yes I should have probably done this on a test account first but I didn’t!
So HELP - how do I remove 2FA and get back into the admin account.
I have root ssh access at least…

You can execute the command below to disable the 2FA.

vitalpbx disable-2FA admin

About the setup, you must click on the blue button at the bottom bar after enabling the 2FA to configure it in your Authenticator App.

Now I know why it failed on me… I don’t have that blue box…

After clicking “Update” in the user form, you will see that blue button
