Emoji in email subject line

I wish to send emoji in email subject line, it is possible when in edit templetes, you can do a send preview message and it works, but when you leave a voicemail in a users mailbox it just send the plane text. this is the code for the subject line “=?utf-8?Q?=f0=9f=93=a8New=20Voicemail=20Message!=20=f0=9f=93=a8?=” with out quotes.
I suspect the send preview email is sent by root user but not sure.

This is something that Asterisk does under the hood. Most probably, Asterisk doesn’t support that type of symbol.
