E911 on a multi-Tenant setup

I am having issues getting e911 to work on a multi-tenant setup. I have built a trunk to my E911 provider but I must have a dial plan issue or something. When I place a test call I get “Your call cannot be completed as dialed. Please check the number and dial again”. My outbound routes send all calls out the Tenant trunk to the main tenant. The main tenant has the emergency call setup but I cannot seem to get the call to leave the system. Any help would be appreciated.

The Emergency Numbers set up must be done per Tenant. You can share your main tenant trunks to be used under your tenants for Emergency or Fax calls.

Ok, that did it. I had to add Emergency Calls to the tenants and configured from there. Working fine now.
