The option “Delete Used Records” is only if the caller calls back and the callee answers. What if the callee calls back and the original caller answers?

I have a client for whom I enable Dynamic Routing, but they have asked if it’s possible to delete the record once the callee calls back and the call is answered.

Only if they call back and the extension answers, the call the entry is deleted. You can check that in the List.

They = caller the person who originally called or callee?

Caller, is the user who calls out from our managed phone system
Callee, the party being called

If it is the caller who needs to return the call @miguel would it be possible to add an option to delete the record if the callee returns the call? That’s common sense.

Please just test it. It’s the callee.
The one that was originally called from the extension and now calls back the number.

Tested and confirmed, If the callee calls back, the record gets deleted
