The option “Delete Used Records” is only if the caller calls back and the callee answers. What if the callee calls back and the original caller answers?
I have a client for whom I enable Dynamic Routing, but they have asked if it’s possible to delete the record once the callee calls back and the call is answered.
If it is the caller who needs to return the call @miguel would it be possible to add an option to delete the record if the callee returns the call? That’s common sense.
