Dynamic Routing: new options

Could you please introduce a new option to Dynamic Routing?
“Do not set completed to yes” (for example).

When somebody calls back and the call gets completed you want dynamic routing to work a second time when that person calls back again.
Right now this is not possible since completed will be set to yes.

And another idea:
Give a ring time field and destination field:
if nobody answers on the ring time then go to that other destination.
