Dynamic Routing issues

I have noticed that when the “Only Keep Missed Calls” setting is enabled, calls will only appear on the list if the call ends before the voicemail is answered.

While I can see calls on the Dynamic Routing list, when the caller tries to return the call, it doesn’t ring the extension directly as expected. One thing I observed is that the numbers on the Dynamic Routing list begin with a “1”, but the CDR doesn’t show the “1”. However, I have configured Digits Match to 10, so this shouldn’t be a problem. I’m wondering if this feature requires a paid license. Could you please advise me on this matter?
