Day #2 here and my 2nd question!
We are a medical office. At night - we need to route calls to the on-call physician.
In our existing PBX (Ward Mundy’s distro) - I use dynamic routing to hit a URL that returns the number of the physician on-call and route the call to that number. Works well.
I’m now looking @ the VitalPBX implementation of dynamic routing - the function is very different. Is there a way to dynamically route a call as I am currently doing? I saw the term “dynamic routing” in the feature set and assumed this was the same … oops.
