Are you using PJSIP? I guess it is supported by PJSIP endpoints.
Yes，I have configured a pjsip trunk，and from the pcap i can see the prack message. But destination need vitalpbx send support 100rel. And i set a 100rel yes in ytunk advance settings. But it doesn’t work. So how to config 100rel?
100rel comes enabled by default on PJSIP endpoints.

That means, that you add it as a custom object in the PJSIP profile in the GUI.
